Are you ready for another roller coaster season with the phenomenal TV Show called "Empire"? If not, do. Please do! Please be ready! The runaway success of the show about a family-run hip-hop music company that has surprised the experts since it has started to air early this year. It hit all the records and ended with the highest note ever leaving us with a hunger and thirst for more. Now, it is about to outdo itself, hence there is no other show to beat.
As usual, the show directors, writers, and owners promise more surprises, on top of the usual ones. Early this year, the suprise was a show about a successful black family, on Fox, beating all other shows in history, even in the most difficult demography, the audience aged 18 to 49, the group network TV advertisers target most heavily.
The main cast is all Black: Bryshere Gray, Trai Byers, Jussie Smollett, Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson.

For this season, the surpises include, according to the media the funniest entertainer and actor, Chris Rock, to play the role of an innmate sharing the prison with Lucious. The rapper PittBull and other names including Mariah Carey, Marisa Tomei, Lenny Kravitz, Ludacris, Oprah Winfrey, Common, and Rosie O'Donnell. And even, though as a cameos, MSNBC's Rev. Al Sharpton, Vogue's Andre Leon Talley and CNN's Don Lemon.
The show has proven to be the greatest hit in history, having risen each week it aired, starting at 9.9 million viewers on Jan 7, 2015? Episode 2 brought in 10.3 million total viewers and a 4.0 rating. By the fourth week on February 2, 2015, after an increasing trend it had reached 11.5 million viewers, up from 11.4 million a week before. The season finale aired on March 18, 2015 reached 17.62 million viewers. Empire has been the first series in at least 23 years to have its viewership increase week to week for its first five episode.
