Over the last six months, AfroAmerica Network has been conducting an extensive journalistic investigation on what the Rwandan government has been calling King Kigeli’Army.
Rwandan government officials have been accusing King Kigeli’s Army of seeking to overthrow the RPF government and replace it with the monarchy. Several people, mostly from the ethnic Tutsi minority have been arrested, tortured and thrown in jail by Rwandan security services and accused of being members of the King’s army. In this and upcoming articles, AfroAmerica Network will share with the readers the results of the investigations based on information from several intelligence and security services , former members of the Army of the King and AfroAmerica own correspondents.
RWANDAN GOVERNMENT IS THE FONDER OF THE ALLEGED ARMY OF KING KINGELI.
From AfroAmerica Network investigations, the “Army of the King” also labeled “Army of King Kigeli Ndahindurwa” or “Army for the return of Monarchy” exists and has a material structure. However, contrary to the claims by Rwandan government officials and security services, the army has nothing to do with the Tutsis monarchy, King Kigeli Ndahindurwa, General Kayumba Nyamwasa, Colonel Gaheza or anyone mentioned in Rwandan government official statements. The reason is simple. The army was created , is funded and is led by Rwanda Intelligence operatives. Based on AfroAmerica Network investigations, the so-called Army of King Kigeli is a branch of Rwandan Intelligence services.
HOW WAS THE ARMY OF THE KING CREATED.
AfroAmerica was able to obtain the names of the organization and of the leaders and reconstruct the structure and find out how the Rwandan intelligence services operate through the Army of the King.
The army of the king is known by Ugandan, Congolese, Tanzanian, and European security services as: RWANDESE PROTOCOL TO RETURN THE KINGDOM (RPRK). According to AfroAmerica Network invsetigations, the known founder is Lt John de Dieu Ntivunwa, now associated company known as INTERSEC, allegedly based in Kigali, Rwanda and belongs to the Rwandan dictator General Paul Kagame.
In 2009 Lt Ntivunwa was sent on a mission to Uganda to create the organization by the then Military Chief of Staff, General James Kabarebe, currently the Minister of Defense.
According to the sources within Ugandan security services, Lt Ntivunwa was welcomed by another Rwandan intelligence operative, Lt James Munyandinda, who had been working undercover under the name of Captaina James Mugisha. RPRK was created around October 2009.
After creating RPRK, Lt Ntivunwa returned to Rwanda in February 2010. As a reward, he was promoted by General James Kabarebe to Human Resources Chief within Intersec.
After Lt Ntivunwa, who allegedly left a large sum of money to James Munyandinda , returned to Rwanda, Lt James Munyandinda aka Captain James Mugisha launched a sustained mobilization campaign and distributed membership cards to the recruits of the new party: RPRK. Within a few months, they also extended their network in Europe. The network in Europe was managed by another person we will disclose in our next postings. Major Gerard Ntashamaje, who had just been expelled from Rally of the Rwandan People (RPR-Inkeragutabara) after the leaders of Rally for Unity and Democracy(RUD-Urunana,) which was allied to RPR, had found out he was Rwandan Intelligence Services spy, was in charge of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg.
The aim of the organization is to identify those, among the Tutsi ethic especially those in the diaspora, who are opposed to the Rwandan government. Of special interest are those potentially working with General Kayumba Nyamwasa, Colonel Karegeya, the former Rwandan king Mr. Kigeli Ndahindurwa and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) composed of RUD-Urunana and RPR-Inkeragutabara.

They have done a great job here in East Africa and Central as well as the whole world, in the RPRK’S programs of returning the rwandan refugees, restauration of the constitutional monarchy and returning His Majesty from Exile.
The members of RPRK are aware that some Rwandan Politicians in the country and in opposition outside Rwanda are trying to dirten the image of RPRK through media, because they feel that there individual interests cannot be achieved if His Majesty King Kigeli V Ndahindurwa return as a constitutional king, they fear justice and the truth in which Rwandans need to know.
They are also dirtening the image of RPRK because they are aware that His Majesty is very popular, all the Hutu,Tutsi and Twa believe in him and have fath that he is the only results of Peace, Democracy and development in Rwanda, RPRK is stong than any Rwandan opposition party, because it is backed by all tribes of Rwanda, and it managed to purse its mobilization door to door across the great lakes region and on the world at large using thousands of its volunteers.
Its noble operations are in progess until the Rwandan refugees are returned and the father of Rwandans His Majesty King Kigeli V Ndahindurwa. As one of the mebers of RPRK based in Tanzania, I can encourage other Rwadan opposition groups to join RPRK in order to ease their victory, instead of fihting it throuh media.
