A former Rwandan Patriotic Front Intelligence Officer, Jean-Pierre Mugabe (Photo) and Confident of the Dictator General Paul Kagame of Rwanda accuses Kagame of assassinating the former President of Rwanda, Juvenal Habyalimana, multiple assassinations, war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. This follows a publication by the National Post, a leading Canadian Newspaper of a series of explosive articles alleging the implication of General Kagame in the assassination of the late presidents of Rwanda, Juvenal Habyarimana and of Burundi, Cyprien Ntaryamira. These assassinations sparkled the 1994 inter-ethnic massacres in the tiny country of Central Eastern Africa.
